Assembled H/T steel beam vertical assembly machine
It is mainly composed of main engine, input roller, output roller, hydraulic system, electrical control system and other parts. It has the characteristics of accurate positioning of workpieces, safety and stability, and improving production efficiency. The workpiece is clamped by wing plate, web hydraulic cylinder and screw pair to ensure the correct positioning of the workpiece. The upper hydraulic cylinder drives the pressure roller to compress the workpiece, so that the web plate and wing plate are closely fitted. The welding gun is fed into the mechanism and driven to the welding position by the oil cylinder.
