② 3 door curtains, with purging, stable steel shot, not easy to miss;

③ The machine can make use of the reflection function of the projectile to effectively strike the workpiece surface, improve the cleaning quality and efficiency, and the rust removal grade is GB8923-88 A-B Sa2.5 (local 2.0); Conveying speeds up to 4 m/min.

3. National standard discharge, saving equipment cost

① Shot blasting without foundation, saving foundation cost of about 100,000 yuan; There is a dust removal box at each entrance and exit, and the air volume of the dust removal system reaches 1800m³/h, thus reducing environmental pollution and investment in environmental protection equipment;

② The dust collector is a sink-flow filter cartridge dust collector, with a dust removal efficiency of 99.9%, which meets the national GBJ4 industrial "three wastes" emission standard. The dust emission concentration is less than 120mg/m3, so that the air containing dust can be directly discharged into the air after dust removal, thus saving the cost of purification equipment.
