2. High welding accuracy and fast welding speed
① Automatic sorting (with the shortest empty travel distance of the robot), supports automatic planning of empty movement path, and various types of positioning actions can be automatically generated: laser positioning, 3D camera positioning, touch positioning and other positioning action trajectories. Welding is more accurate and welding speed is faster.
② Dual positioning mode, BAYKAL composite vision sensor: Compared with 3D camera, it is not disturbed by natural light. The same camera has a large line of sight and a small line of sight, with a large line of sight (750-1800mm) for rough positioning and a small line of sight (550-750mm) for accurate positioning, positioning and deviation correction, which escorts the welding speed and welding quality.
③ It has offline programming function. Based on the workpiece and workstation scene model, the built-in welding process package quickly adapts the weld seam, and cooperates with the automatic obstacle avoidance algorithm to quickly generate the welding path, thus saving the welding preparation time.
④ The user sets the allowable range of welding gun attitude according to the actual welding process requirements. The software automatically calculates the robot welding trajectory and obstacle avoidance air-moving path according to the scene and attitude requirements. The air-moving path planning can automatically generate the air-moving trajectory with obstacle avoidance function.

① The wiring of the robot body is simple, there are no exposed cables and pipelines at the rear end of the wire feeder, and all pipelines are built into the robot body, so there is no risk of external interference and hanging wires;
② The robot work cabinet adopts independent air duct design, which adapts to high dust environment, resists interference and high temperature; All kinds of communication interfaces are reserved, and the welder has strong adaptability and convenient maintenance.
